These Online Terms of Sale govern the purchase of digital artworks and other digital content from the TAEX online gallery. They should be read together with our Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

1. Scope

These Terms apply to all purchases of digital artworks, downloadable files and related digital content made through the TAEX website.

2. About TAEX

TAEX ONE LTD operates an online gallery offering digital artworks created by artists represented by or collaborating with TAEX.

3. Products

Products are supplied as digital files or digital content. Unless expressly stated, no physical artwork, print or frame is included.

4. Ordering

Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. A contract is formed only when TAEX accepts your order and confirms it by email or makes the digital content available for download.

5. Pricing

Prices are available upon request. Taxes, including VAT where applicable, will be shown before checkout. TAEX reserves the right to correct pricing errors before accepting an order.

6. Payment

Payment must be completed before delivery. We may accept major credit/debit cards and other payment methods displayed at checkout. Payments are processed securely by authorised third-party payment providers.

7. Delivery

Digital artworks are delivered electronically by download link, email or customer account. Delivery is normally immediate or within a reasonable period following payment confirmation.

8. Licence

Unless otherwise stated, purchase grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for personal, non-commercial use. Ownership of copyright and all intellectual property remains with the artist or rights holder.

9. Certificates and Editions

Where applicable, edition numbers and certificates of authenticity will be described on the product page. Nothing in these Terms transfers copyright ownership.

10. Refunds and Cancellation

Because the products are digital content supplied electronically, cancellation rights may cease once delivery begins where you have expressly consented and acknowledged the loss of the cancellation right. Your statutory rights regarding defective or misdescribed digital content remain unaffected under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

11. Faulty Digital Content

If digital content is faulty, inaccessible or materially different from its description, please contact TAEX. We will seek to repair, replace or otherwise remedy the issue in accordance with applicable consumer law.

12. Intellectual Property Restrictions

Customers must not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, sublicense, modify, commercialise, or use purchased artworks for AI training or machine learning without written permission unless expressly licensed.

13. Limitation of Liability

Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Subject to applicable law, TAEX’s total liability arising from a purchase shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant order.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, subject to mandatory consumer protections.
